Role Description

Paragon Group is looking to fill a Junior Visualisation Artist position in our Architectural Visualisation department.


We require a self-motivated individual with a creative flair and proven knowledge to:

  • Create architectural visualisation media for project presentations and marketing
  • Do post-production of created media to enhance and colour grade
  • Contribute and assist the visualisation team in delivering visualisation media in a timely manner and to the highest standards of Paragon Group.
  • Liaise with the Visualisation Manager and Company Directors throughout a project.


  • Software

The applicant must have working knowledge and experience in:

  • Autodesk 3ds Max
  • Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Vray
  • Forest Pack


  • General
  • Relevant qualification (i.e. national diploma or degree related creative field)
  • Strong visual skills, with attention to detail, composition, light, colour and form
  • Good understanding of work-flow of taking CAD data through to high-end imagery
  • Good understanding of 3D modelling and re-modelling workflow
  • Good understanding of post-production and the post-production workflow
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information
  • Able to demonstrate a general understanding of photographic and compositional techniques relating to the virtual environment
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks
  • Fast learner and adaptable to range of projects at concept and detail level
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written

  • Beneficial
  • Working knowledge and experience in software packages such as Lumion, Twinmotion, Unreal Editor, Substance Painter, Autodesk Revit etc.
