This striking 5-Star Green Star design rated building provides 37,000sqm of premier office space in two elongated towers that cantilever outwards towards Oxford Road at the entrance to the Rosebank urban precinct. These wings are interlinked by a nine-storey-high central atrium that spans over 24m without columns supporting the overhead structure, and which houses suspended meeting pods for additional visual drama.
