Refurbishment Category: 25 Wellington Road Office Conversion.

The Cell C Call Centre, located at 25 Wellington Road in Parktown, is a refurbishment of an existing building. The project provided an opportunity to gather employees in a pleasant, centrally located working environment. Cell C is very satisfied with their occupation – from the overall efficiency of the building to the light and air quality benefits; and the project has been published in several trade journals. This building was transformed from an inward-looking clinker building with no street presence into a contemporary and efficient development that reflects the spirit of a communications company.
