Luanda Waterfront

A design proposal for a 50,000m² multi-use development on a prime land parcel facing the newly upgraded waterfront bay on the Ilha de Luanda in Angola, this development included a 25,000m² retail centre split over two levels; a 10,000m² office tower; and a 100-unit residential block. The retail centre was proposed for high-end users with a strong focus on luxury and boutique brands.
