52 Katherine Street is a new 3 storey P-Grade office development by Alchemy, located on the corner of Katherine Street and Albertyn Avenue in the Sandton CBD.  This development completes the Sasol precinct with a strong street-facing presence.

The marble and aluminium over-clad structure weaves at each storey, undulating and creating balconies and overhangs.
