Paragon has reached 50% gender parity.

The Paragon Group, Architects and Interior Architecture has reached gender parity in their office. Fully half the production staff of the Group are women. The majority of our major projects are lead by women to the extent that it is hardly worth mentioning.

We spoke to a few women in our office about their experiences as women in architecture. See their responses below.
